This cooking group will meet on the 2nd Thursday of every month. It is a place to meet as friends, get new recipes and maybe even learn some new cooking skills.


Pumpkin Hummus

1 15 ounce can chickpeas

1 15 ounce can pure pumpkin

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic, minced

1 lemon or 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 pinch dried parsley

Directions:

in a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
