This cooking group will meet on the 2nd Thursday of every month. It is a place to meet as friends, get new recipes and maybe even learn some new cooking skills.


Sara's granola dough

1  cup dry oatmeal
2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup ground flaxseed or wheat germ
½ cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract

Stir all ingredient together until thoroughly combined. Let chill in refrigerator for half an hour.

Roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
