Oreo truffles

1 package Oreo cookies
8 ounces of cream cheese at room temperature
melted chocolate

crush Oreos an mix with the cream cheese until completely combined.  Chill for one hour.  roll into small balls and dip in chocolate.  Enjoy!

    I freeze the oreo balls before I dip them in chocolate because I feel like they hold their shape better if I do. And, they aren't as sticky.
