Red Enchilada Sauce

1/3 cup oil

1 tablespoon flour

2-3 tablespoons chili powder

1 can tomato sauce

3 cups water

1 teaspoon garlic powder

 

Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes.

    Have you tried using olive oil in this or do you usually use vegetable oil?
